/&gt;lidi sate @ besi pencucuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1.Ayam dibasuh dan dikeringkan terlebih dulu.Ayam dipotong dadu (2cm) dan dicucuk&lt;br hingga empuk)&lt;br /&gt;100 gm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;1 helai daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;½ biji kelapa yang telah diparut&lt;br /&gt;2 ketul gula melaka (kecil)&lt;br /&gt;½ cawan air&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1.Masukkan air,gula melaka,gula pasir dan daun pandan.Kacau sehingga semua bahan tersebut sebati dan kemudian tapiskan.&lt;br /&gt;1 inci halia (dikisar)&lt;br /&gt;1 gelas yogurt&lt;br /&gt;3 sudu cili kering (dikisar)&lt;br /&gt;2 biji limau kasturi&lt;br /&gt;sedikit bijan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;1.Campurkan semua bahan kisar.Kemudian masukkan yogurt dan perah limau nipis.&lt;br /&gt;2.Masukkan juga bijan dan perap ayam yang telah dipotong selama 1 jam.&lt;br
