IKAN PARI GORENG BERLADA

Bahan Utama:-
10 ketul isi ikan pari
1 batang serai, dititik
3 biji limau kasturi
1 biji tomato, untuk hiasan
Bahan Tumbuk:-
4 biji cili merah
5 biji cili padi
4 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
1 inci kunyit
1/2 inci belacan
1 camca teh gula
1/2 camca teh garam

Cara membuatnya:-
Ikan pari dicuci dengan asam limau dan garam, perap 10 minit, bilas dan gaul dengan kunyit dan sedikit garam. Goreng hingga kuning keemasan, angkat dan toskan.
Dalam kuali yang sama, ceduk keluar minyak hingga tinggal 3 camca besar. Masukkan serai dan bahan tumbuk tadi, goreng hingga wangi dan terbit minyak. Masukkan ikan pari dan gaul rata. Perahkan jus limau kasturi dan gaul hingga rasa sebati.
Angkat dan hias dengan hirisan tomato. Boleh dihidangkan bersama nasi hangat beserta ulam-ulaman yang digemari...
