Bahan-bahan:
3 cawan beras
3 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1 inci halia (dikisar)
2-3 ketul ayam
1 sudu kecil pati ayam
garam secukup rasa
Cara membuat:
1.Beras dimasak dengan air yang banyak.Kemudian campurkan ayam yang telah dipotong kecil-kecil.
2.Tumis bawang putih dan halia sehingga naik bau.Campurkan bahan tumisan ke dalam beras yang telah mendidih bersama dengan pati ayam dan garam.Sedia dihidangkan.
