Bahan-bahan:
1 kg beras pulut
4 ketul gula melaka
1 cawan gula pasir
½ biji kelapa parut
daun pisang
Cara membuat:
1.Rendam beras pulut bersama dengan sedikit kapur selama 2 jam.Kemudian bersihkan beras tersebut dan tos.
2.Lipat daun pisang berbentuk segitiga(seperti kuih koci).Masukkan beras pulut ke dalam daun dan diikat sebelum direbus selama 4 jam.Setelah masak angkat dan sejukkan.
3.Potong kecil-kecil dan salut dengan kelapa parut dan bolehlah dihidangkan bersama dengan air gula merah yang telah dimasak dan ditapis.
