IKAN BAKAR

Bahan-Bahannya:-
4 - 5 ekor ikan cencaru (atau apa2 ikan yg disukai)
1/2 camca teh garam
1/2 camca teh serbuk kunyit
1/4 cawan jus asam jawa
3 biji limau kasturi, perah jusnya
Sedikit gula
Bahan Air Asam:-
10 biji cili padi
2 biji cili merah
1 inci belacan, dibakar wangi
Sedikit garam
1 ulas bawang merah kecil

Cara membuatnya:-
Cuci ikan (tak perlu buang kulit tebal) dan lumur dengan garam dan kunyit, perap 10 - 15 minit. Kemudian bakar dalam oven pada suhu 190C selama 15 - 20 minit, atau bakar atas bara api hingga ikan masak.
UNTUK AIR ASAM:- Dalam lesung batu, satukan semua bahan untuk air asam dan tumbuk hingga lumat. Masukkan gula dan jus asam jawa. Gaul rata dan tambah jus limau kasturi. Rasa dan jika seimbang bolehlah dihidangkan bersama ikan bakar tadi...Fuhh!!! pasti berpeluh lepas tu...
