Bahan-Bahannya:-
500 g sotong, dibersihkan, potong ikut suka*
1 camca teh garam*
1/2 camca teh serbuk lada hitam*
1 camca besar serbuk kunyit*(*disatukan dan perap 20 minit)
1 camca besar sos abalone/tiram
1 - 2 camca besar kicap cair
1 cekak kucai, dicuci, keringkan dan dikerat2 1 inci
Sedikit serbuk perasa (jika suka)
Bahan Tumis:-
1 biji bawang besar, dimayang
2 ulas bawang putih, dimayang halus
1 inci halia, diketuk
1 biji lada merah, dihiris
1 biji lada hijau, dihiris
Cara membuatnya:-
Dalam kuali, panaskan 2 camca besar minyak masak, masukkan semua bahan2 tumis dan masak hingga semua layu dan wangi. Masukkan sos abalone/tiram, gaul rata.
Masukkan sotong dan masak hingga sotong kecut dan kuah pekat sedikit. Masukkan kicap cair (sedikit dahulu), kemudian rasa dan jika kurang masin, tambah kicap cair lagi. Tabur serbuk perasa (jika suka) dan gaul rata.
Akhir sekali masukkan kucai dan gaul hingga rata. Masak untuk 1 minit lagi dan angkat, Tabur dengan bawang goreng sebelum dihidangkan bersama nasi hangat.
