SINGGANG IKAN

Bahan-Bahannya:-
1 ekor ikan senangin (atau apa2 ikan yang ada dipasaran)
2 biji tomato, belah 4 setiap 12 keping asam gelugor
1 kiub ikan bilis "MAGGI"Garam dan gula (jika suka)
1 liter air

Bahan Lain:-
1 biji bawang besar, dihiris
3 ulas bawang putih, diketuk
2 batang serai, diketuk
5 - 6 biji cili padi, dibelah dua
2 inci kunyit hidup, diketuk
1 inci halia, diketuk

Cara membuatnya:-
Dalam periuk, tuang 1 liter air dan masukkan bahan2 lain, kiub ikan bilis dan asam gelugor. Masak hingga mendidih.
Masukkan ikan. Perisakan dgn sedikit garam dan gula. Biar mendidih 3 - 4 minit dan masukkan tomato, masak sekejap dan rasa tahap kemasinan kuahnya. Tambah garam jika perlu.
Boleh dihidangkan bersama nasi panas, sambal belacan dan ulam-ulaman yang digemari.
