RECIPE:AYAM PANGGANG BERSAMA WALNUT


Bahan-bahan:
200 gm dada ayam (dibuang kulitnya dan dibelah dua tapi jangan sampai putus)
50 gm daging ayam cincang
20 gm bawang merah (dikisar)
20 gm bawang putih (dikisar)
½ sudu kecil thyme (herba wangi)

Cara membuatnya:
1.Campur daging ayam cincang bersama bahan yang dikisar.Lumurkan ke atas dada ayam dan gulungkannya.
2.Panggang ayam hingga masak.Angkat dan potong kepada tiga bahagian.
3.Tuang kuah ke atas ayam dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Bahan-bahan untuk kuah:
7 keping daging salai (dihiris)
5 ulas bawang merah (dihiris)
4 keping cendawan butang @ cendawan hitam kering (dihiris)
50 ml stok ayam @ daging
20 gm kacang walnut
100 gm mentega

Cara membuatnya:
1.Cairkan mentega,tumis bawang merah kecil bersama daging salai,cendawan dan kacang walnut.
2.Masukkan stok ayam @ daging,masak hingga mendidih.
