RECIPE:POPIA INTI KETAM

Bahan-bahan:
4 sudu besar pasta kacang soya
2 biji bawang putih
4 sudu besar minyak masak
4 sudu besar air
300 gm udang kecil (dipotong-potong)
230 gm daging ketam
150 gm lobak (dipotong-potong)
300 gm tauge
4 keping beancurd (dipotong dadu dan digoreng)
600 gm kulit popia
beberapa helai daun ketumbar (dihiris halus)
garam secukup rasa

Cara membuat:
1.Panaskan minyak.Goreng bawang putih dan pasta kacang soya hingga naik bau.Masukkan udang dan daging ketam dan didihkan perlahan-lahan.
2.Masukkan lobak,garam dan biarkan masak hingga kering.Alihkan dan toskan bahan-bahan kering.
3.Bentangkan kulit popia dan bubuh 2-3 sudu besar inti serta taburkan daun ketumbar dan selepas itu gulung.Goreng sehingga warnanya bertukar coklat dan hidangkan bersama sos cili atau sos tomato.
