RECIPE:KUIH GULUNG (KETAYAP)

Bahan-bahan:
1 kg tepung gandum
2 biji telur
1700 ml air
pewarna hijau

Cara membuat:
1.Masukkan tepung gandum,telur dan air ke dalam satu bekas dan kacau.Setelah campuran tersebut sebati, titikkan sedikit pewarna hijau dan tapis.Dadar di atas kuali.Buat hingga adunan habis.Ketepikan.

Bahan inti:
1 biji kelapa parut
1 cawan gula merah
1 cawan gula pasir

Cara membuat:
1.Cairkan gula merah dan gula pasir di dalam periuk hingga larut.
2.Kemudian campurkan kelapa parut dan masak hingga inti menjadi agak kering.
3.Biarkan sejuk seketika kemudian barulah dimasukkan inti pada kulit kuih dan gulung.Sedia dihidangkan.
