RECIPE:BUBUR CHA-CHA

Bahan-bahan:
350 gm keledek (dipotong kiub)
350 gm keladi (dipotong kiub)
½ tin jagung manis
2 sudu besar sagu
1 biji kelapa parut
8 cawan air
6 helai daun pandan

Cara membuat:
1.Kukus keledek dan keladi dengan daun pandan selama 15 minit.
2.Perah santan dengan 8 cawan air dan ketepikan.Perah baki santan untuk dijadikan santan pekat.
3.Basuh sagu dan tambahkan keledek,keladi,daun pandan dan jagung manis ke dalam santan cair dan masak hingga mendidih.
4.Masukkan santan pekat dan gula dan masak lagi lebih kurang 5 minit.Hidangkan.
