RECIPE:AYAM MASAK CENDAWAN HITAM


Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam di potong sepuluh bahagian
100 gm halia (dikisar)
50 gm bawang putih (dikisar)
50 gm bawang merah (dikisar)
1 cawan sos tiram
150 gm cendawan hitam kering
50 ml air
10 ml minyak masak untuk menumis
garam secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:
1.Basuh ayam dan tos hingga kering
2.Tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar sehingga naik bau
3.Masukkan cendawan yang telah dipotong dua,ayam dan sos tiram
4.Kacau rata dan masukkan air,gaul hingga masak.Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidangkan
