Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam
5 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1 inci halia (dikisar)
1 gelas yogurt
3 sudu cili kering (dikisar)
2 biji limau kasturi
sedikit bijan
Cara membuat:
1.Campurkan semua bahan kisar.Kemudian masukkan yogurt dan perah limau nipis.
2.Masukkan juga bijan dan perap ayam yang telah dipotong selama 1 jam.
3.Panaskan minyak dan goreng ayam dengan api yang sederhana sehingga ayam kelihatan kekuning-kuningan.Sedia dihidangkan.
