Bahan-bahan:
2 batang ubi kayu
2 helai daun pandan
1 ketul gula melaka
500 gm sagu biji (direndam)
100 gm gula pasir
1 mangkuk santan pekat
sedikit cendol merah
Cara membuat:
1.Rebus ubi kayu dengan daun pandan hingga empuk.Masukkan santan,gula pasir,gula melaka dan sagu.Biarkan hingga mendidih.
2.Selepas itu bolehlah diangkat dan hidangkan bersama dengan roti mengikut kegemaran.
3.Untuk hiasan pula,taburkan dengan cendol merah di atasnya.
