RECIPE:KOLE KACANG

Bahan A:
500 gm gula merah
200 gm gula putih
300 ml air
400 gm tepung kacang hijau
secubit garam

Bahan B:
500 ml santan pekat
140 ml air

Cara membuat:
1.Campurkan kesemua bahan A dan kacau sebati.Panaskan di atas api yang sederhana sehingga naik wap dan angkat.
2.Kemudian campurkan bahan B.Masak semula di atas api dan kacau sehingga tidak melekat dan keluar sedikit minyak.Tuang di dalam loyang dan biarkan sejuk.Bolehlah dipotong mengikut bentuk yang disukai.
