Bahan-bahan:
300 gm biji sagu
1 biji kelapa parut
200gm gula melaka (dihiris)
garam secukup rasa
80 ml air
daun pisang (untuk membuat kon)
pencungkil gigi
Cara membuat:
1.Campurkan kelapa parut dengan garam.
2.Bersihkan sagu,keringkan dan campurkan dengan kelapa parut.
3.Cuci daun pisang dengan air mendidih dan lap sampai kering.Buat bentuk kon.
4.Isi separuh kon dengan campuran sagu.Bubuh di atasnya gula melaka dan bubuh campuran sagu lagi.
5.Tutup kon dengan pencungkil gigi.
