RECIPE:AYAM TIKKA


Bahan-bahan:
750 gm dada ayam dipotong dadu (dibuang tulang dan kulit)
155 ml dadih (tairu)
2.5 cm halia (diparut)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili
3 sudu kecil serbuk ketumbar
6 sudu kecil jus limau
2 sudu besar minyak sayuran
garam secukup rasa
lidi sate @ besi pencucuk

Cara membuatnya:
1.Ayam dibasuh dan dikeringkan terlebih dulu.Ayam dipotong dadu (2cm) dan dicucuk
pada lidi sate/besi pencucuk.
2.Masukkan ayam ke dalam mangkuk bersama dadih,halia,serbuk cili,bawang putih,serbuk ketumbar,garam,jus limau dan sedikit minyak.Gaul hingga sebati.
3.Perap ayam selama lebih kurang 6 jam sehingga adunan rempah itu meresap sebati ke dalam ayam.
4.Panggang ayam selama lebih kurang 5 hingga 7 minit dan pusingkan ayam tersebut agar kedua-dua bahagian masak sempurna.
5.Hidangkannya bersama dengan hirisan limau.
