RECIPE:ONDE-ONDE

Bahan-bahan:
600 gm tepung pulut
450 ml air
12 helai daun pandan (kisar dan ambil airnya)
300 gm gula melaka (dihiris halus)
1 biji kelapa parut
secubit garam
sedikit pewarna hijau

Cara membuat:
1.Campurkan tepung,air dan air pandan.Kacau sehingga adunan menjadi doh lembut.
2.Kukus kelapa parut dengan secubit garam selama 5 minit dan ketepikan.
3.Di dalam periuk masak sedikit air.Cedok satu sudu besar doh isikan dengan gula melaka dan bulat-bulatkan seperti guli.Ulangi langkah ini sehingga doh habis.
4.Masukkan doh ke dalam air yang mendidih dan keluarkan apabila ia timbul.
5.Golekkan ke atas kelapa parut sebelum dihidangkan.
