Bahan-bahan:
1 peket mi kuning (dicelur)
½ kg udang kering
500 gm bawang besar
200 gm bawang putih
500 gm cili kering kisar
½ cawan kacang tanah
gula secukup rasa
garam secukup rasa
Cara membuat pes:
1.Tumis bawang putih,bawang merah dan cili kering hingga naik bau.
2.Masukkan udang kering dan selepas itu masukkan gula,garam dan kacang tanah dan masak hingga kering.
Cara membuat kuah:
1.Campurkan pes dengan air tulang dan biarkan sehingga mendidh.
2.Tuangkan kuah di atas mi yang sudah dicelur.Boleh juga dicampurkan dengan udang,sotong,telur rebus dan sayur sawi.
