RECIPE:AYAM KUKUS HERBA


BAHAN-BAHAN:
1 ekor ayam (saiz sederhana)
100 gm halia (dikisar)
50 gm bawang putih (dikisar)
50 gm bawang merah (dikisar)
150 gm cendawan hitam kering (direndam terlebih dahulu)
10 gm kee chee (boleh didapati di pasaraya)
10 gm kurma merah cina
15 gm yok chok (boleh didapati di pasaraya)
10 ml minyak bijan
garam secukup rasa

CARA MEMBUATNYA
1.Balut ayam dengan kertas aluminium dan kukus bersama bahan A sehingga masak.
2.Keluarkan ayam daripada kertas aluminium.Hias dengan daun ketumbar diatasnya.
