RECIPE:ROTI JALA DAN KARI DAGING

Bahan roti jala:
1 kg tepung gandum
3 biji telur
1500 ml air
sedikit kunyit

Cara membuat:
Campurkan kesemua bahan-bahan di atas dan gaul sebati.Kemudian,tapis campuran tersebut.Panaskan kuali leper yang diletak sedikit minyak dan jalakan roti tersebut.

Bahan kari daging:
4 ulas bawang putih
5 ulas bawang merah
600 gm daging
5 helai daun kari
1 cawan rempah kari daging
1 biji kentang (dipotong enam)
½ cawan susu cair
sedikit air
garam secukup rasa

Cara membuat:
1.Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sehingga kuning.Kemudian masukkan rempah kari daging yang sudah dicampurkan dengan sedikit air.Masukkan daging dan masak sehingga empuk.
2.Kemudian masukkan susu cair,kentang dan garam secukup rasa.Tunggu hingga masak.
3.Hidangkan dengan roti jala.
