RECIPE:PENGAT KELEDEK KUNING

Bahan-bahan:
5 biji keledek kuning
200 gm sagu biji
1 mangkuk santan pekat
2 helai daun pandan
1 ketul gula melaka

Cara membuat:
1.Keledek dibuang kulitnya dan dipotong berbentuk kiub.Rebuskan hingga empuk.
2.Masukkan santan ke dalam periuk bersama gula pasir,gula melaka dan sagu.Kacau hingga mendidih.
3.Masukkan keledek dan kacau lagi lebih kurang 5 minit.Selepas itu bolehlah dihidangkan.
