RECIPE:PULUT KUNING BERSALUT KELAPA

Bahan utama:
½ kg beras pulut
1 mangkuk santan pekat
2 helai daun pandan
sedikit garam

Bahan untuk inti:
½ biji kelapa
2 batang serai
2 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah
sedikit belacan
sedikit serbuk kunyit
2 camca cili boh
200 gm udang kering
1 sudu minyak

Cara membuat:
1.Campurkan kesemua bahan yang telah dikisar dan goreng tetapi jangan terlalu garing.
2.Rendam beras pulut.Toskan.Kemudian masukkan santan pekat,2 helai daun pandan dan sedikit garamMasukkan ke dalam periuk pengukus dan kukus sehingga masak.Angkat dan toskan.
3.Apabila telah sejuk bulat-bulatkan seperti bebola.Salutkan dengan inti kelapa.Hidangkan.
