RECIPE:AYAM VINDALOO


Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam
50 gm cili boh
25 gm sos cili
25 gm sos tomato
50 gm bawang putih (dikisar)
50 gm halia (dikisar)
50 gm bawang merah (dikisar)
garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:
1.Ayam dibersihkan dan diperap dengan bahan-bahan yang dikisar bersama sos cili,cili boh dan sos tomato selama satu jam.
2.Masukkan ayam ke dalam ketuhar selama ½ jam.(sehingga masak).
3.Ayam dipotong kepada 8 bahagian dan dihias dengan cili kering yang telah digoreng.Sedia untuk dihidang.
