RECIPE:IKAN PATIN GOLEK


Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan patin
5 tangkai cili merah
6 ulas bawang merah
3 biji buah tomato
2 sudu sos cili
2 sudu sos tomato
2 sudu tomato sup
1 sudu kerisik
100 gm asam jawa
50 gm belacan
garam
kunyit

Cara membuat:
1.Ikan patin dibersihkan dan gaul dengan kunyit dan garam.
2.Kemudian goreng ikan hingga garing.
3.Cili merah,tomato dan bawang merah dipotong nipis.
4.Tomato sos,cili sos dan tomato sup dimasak dicampur dengan air asam jawa dan belacan.Campurkan sedikit kerisik.
5.Masukkan bahan yang dipotong tadi dan gaulkan hingga sebati.
6.Akhir sekali tuangkan ke atas ikan patin yang sudah digoreng.Hiaskan.
