Bahan-bahan:
½ biji kelapa parut
600 gm ubi kayu parut
200 ml santan
230 gm gula pasir
secubit garam
sedikit pewarna merah,hijau dan kuning
Cara membuat:
1.Kukus kelapa parut dengan secubit garam selama 5 minit.Ketepikan.
2.Didalam mangkuk campurkan ubi kayu parut,gula dan santan.
3.Asingkan adunan ke dalam 3 mangkuk dan tambahkan pewarna yang berbeza ke dalam setiap mangkuk.
4.Tuang setiap adunan ke dalam 3 loyang yang berasingan dan kukus di atas air yang mendidih selama 30 minit.
5.Biarkan sejuk sebelum dipotong ikut bentuk yang disukai.Salut dengan kelapa parut sebelum dihidangkan.
