Bahan-bahan:
2 keping dada ayam yang telah disalut dengan serbuk roti
2 biji bawang besar
1 sudu besar madu
separuh biji tembikai susu (dipotong kiub)
separuh biji nanas (dipotong kiub)
1 sudu kecil kicap cair
1 sudu kecil stok ayam
1 sudu kecil jus lemon
1 sudu tepung jagung
serbuk perasa
Cara membuat:
1.Tumiskan bawang putih kemudian masukkan tembikai susu dan nanas.
2.Masukkan pula kicap cair,madu dan jus lemon.Kemudian masukkan stok ayam dan kacau hingga rata.
3.Masukkan tepung jagung yang telah dilarutkan dengan air dan serbuk perasa.Curahkan sos di atas ayam yang telah digoreng dan hiaskan dengan daun salad.
