RECIPE:KETAM MASAM MANIS

Bahan-bahan:
4 ekor ketam
3 biji bawang merah (dimayang halus)
5 tangkai cili kering (digunting kecil)
4 biji bawang besar (dikisar)
6 batang serai (dihiris nipis)
minyak masak
asam jawa
belacan
gula halus
serbuk perasa

Bahan untuk hiasan:
2 biji bawang besar dihiris dan digoreng garing.

Cara membuat:
1.Panaskan minyak.Goreng cili kering,serai dan belacan.Sejukkan terlebih dahulu kemudian kisar.
2.Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang merah hingga garing.Masukkan bahan yang dikisar, goreng hingga garing dan naik baunya.
3.Masukkan air asam jawa,belacan,gula,garam dan serbuk perasa.
4.Apabila telah mendidih masukkan ketam dan biarkan hingga masak.Apabila dihidangkan, taburkan bawang goreng sebagai hiasan.
