RECIPE:PAIS IKAN PATIN

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan patin (ambil isinya)
6 biji cili padi
6 ulas bawang merah
1 biji telur
½ biji kelapa parut
2 batang serai
4 hiris halia
2 hiris cekor
4 sudu besar rempah kari
sedikit belacan
garam secukupnya
2 helai daun kunyit (dihiris halus)
hirisan cili merah
daun pisang untuk membungkus

Cara membuat:
1.Cili,bawang,serai,halia,cekor dan belacan ditumbuk halus.
2.Masukkan rempah kari,daun kunyit dan hirisan cili merah dan gaul semua bahan-bahan ini.
3.Telur dipukul hingga kembang.Kemudian masukkan ke dalam bahan-bahan tadi dan tambah garam secukupnya.
4.Letakkan isi ikan bersama rempah tadi dan bungkus dengan daun pisang.Kukus selama 20 minit.
