Bahan-bahan;
300 gm sagu
1 mangkuk air
1 mangkuk santan kelapa yang telah dididihkan
1 mangkuk gula melaka (dicairkan)
secubir garam
Cara membuat:
1.Bersihkan sagu dan toskan airnya supaya benar-benar kering.
2.Rebus air dan tambah sagu.Masak hingga sagu menjadi cerah seperti kristal.
3.Tuangkan sagu yang telah masak ke dalam mangkuk-mangkuk kecil dan biarkan sejuk.
4.Rebus santan kelapa dengan secubit garam dan biarkan sejuk.
5.Sebelum dihidangkan, tuang santan kelapa dengan gula melaka yang telah dicairkan ke atas sagu.
