Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan patin
10 tangkai cili kering }
5 ulas bawang merah }
3 ulas bawang putih }
½ inci halia }
½ inci kunyit hidup } ditumbuk
1 sudu kecil kerisik }
½ inci belacan }
1 sudu besar rempah kari ikan
1 sudu besar asam jawa
1 tangkai daun kari
3 helai daun limau purut
5 biji belimbing buluh
garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya
Cara membuat:
1.Tumiskan bahan yang telah ditumbuk hingga garing.Masukkan rempah kari dan
kerisik.Tumis lagi dan masukkan sedikit air.
2.Masukkan perahan air asam jawa.
3.Kemudian masukkan ikan ,belimbing,garam dan serbuk perasa.Biarkan mendidih dan ikan masak.
