RECIPE:AYAM ADOVOO

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ayam dipotong sepuluh bahagian
100 gm halia (dikisar)
50 gm bawang putih (dikisar)
½ cawan cuka
10 ml minyak masak untuk menumis
50 ml air
garam secukup rasa

Cara membuatnya:
1.Basuh ayam dan toskan sehingga kering.
2.Tumis bahan-bahan yang dikisar sehingga naik bau.Masukkan ayam,cuka dan air.Kacau sehingga kering dan masak kemudian bolehlah dihidangkan.
