RECIPE:KANTONIA ALA THAI

Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor sotong (dihiris)
15 gm mi siam
5 gm bunga kobis (dihiris)
5 gm kobis (dihiris)
2 cm lobak panjang (hiris panjang)
½ biji cili merah
1 ulas bawang putih
1 helai sayur kalian (dihiris)
sedikit tepung jagung
1 biji telur
1 sudu sos tiram
sedikit air
garam
serbuk perasa

Cara membuat:
1.Goreng mi siam terlebih dahulu bersama sedikit minyak dan campurkan sedikit air ke atas mi tadi sehingga ia kembang.
2.Tumiskan bawang putih kemudian masukkan air,sotong,bunga kobis,kobis dan lobak merah.
3.Celur kalian kemudian gaul hingga separuh masak.
4.Masukkan sos tiram,telur,gula,garam,serbuk perasa,air serta tepung jagung yang sudah dibancuh dengan air.Gaulkan hingga masak.
5.Letakkan mi siam ke dalam pinggan dan kuah tadi bolehlah disiram ke atas mi tersebut.
