RECIPE:PATIN KUKUS PERISA MADU

Bahan A:
1 ekor ikan patin

Bahan B:
100 gm halia muda
50 gm bawang putih
15 biji cili padi
1 sudu besar sos ikan
1 sudu kecil tepung ubi
½ sudu kecil gula
2 biji limau kasturi

Bahan C:
1 sudu besar cili giling
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 sudu besar sos tomato
1 sudu besar sos plum
3 sudu besar madu
1 sudu besar rempah kari
1 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
2 tangkai daun kari
1 batang serai
1 bungkus cendawan
sedikit air

Cara membuat:
1.Ikan dibersihkan dan celup dengan air panas dan toskan.
2.Bahan B ditumbuk halus.Gaulkan pada ikan dan diperap selama 10 minit.
3. Bahan C ditumis, masukkan madu,cendawan dan sedikit air.Tuangkan sedikit bahan tumisan pada ikan kukus.Kukus semula.Selebihnya untuk hiasan.
