Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan patin
¼ cawan bawang goreng
15 biji cili padi (digoreng)
2 sudu cuka
1 sudu gula
2 gelas air
2 sudu besar minyak sapi
Bahan giling:
4 biji buah keras
5 cm halia
6 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu garam
15 biji cili hijau
10 biji bawang merah
½ sudu serbuk kunyit
2 batang serai
Cara membuat:
1.Panaskan minyak sapi dan tumiskan bahan yang digiling hingga garing.Kemudian tuangkan air,cuka dan gula.
2.Goreng ikan hingga masak dan letakkan ke dalam pinggan bujur.Kemudian tuangkan bahan yang digoreng tadi ke atas ikan.Taburkan dengan bawang goreng di atasnya.
