RECIPE:AYAM PENYET

Bahan sambal:
3 ulas bawang putih
8 biji cili merah
sedikit garam
1 sudu minyak masak

Bahan rebusan ayam:
1 ekor ayam
400 gm bawang merah (digoreng)
400 gm bawang putih (digoreng)
100 gm kunyit (digoreng)
100 gm buah keras (digoreng)
75 gm halia (digoreng)
10 gm kecur (digoreng)
10 gm lengkuas (digoreng)
2 kg gula merah (digiling dengan air)
50 gm serbuk ketumbar (digiling dengan air)
100 gm serbuk lada (digiling dengan air)


*Campurkan kesemua bahan goreng dan giling ke dalam periuk yang berisi air.Masukkan ayam dan kukus sehingga empuk.

Bahan goreng:
800 gm bawang putih (kisar)
5 biji telur
2 sudu serbuk kunyit
1 auns ketumbar
20 gm tepung pulut

Cara membuatnya:
Campurkan kesemua bahan di atas ke dalam pengisar.Kisar hingga lumat.Kemudian gaulkan dengan ayam yang telah direbus tadi sehingga sebati.Goreng ayam sehingga kekuning-kuningan.Letakkan sambal ayam yang telah disediakan tadi ke atas ayam yang telah digoreng.Sedia dihidangkan.
