RECIPE:SAMBAL TERUNG GORENG

Bahan sambal belacan:
100 gm bawang merah
100 gm bawang putih
250 gm cili merah
50 gm cili padi
500 gm tomato
200 gm gula merah
25 gm gula putih
25 gm belacan
*Tumbuk kesemua bahan di atas sehingga lumat dan ketepikan*

Bahan menggoreng:
2 biji terung
1 senduk kuah sup ekor
2 sudu sambal belacan
1 helai daun limau
2 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk kasar)
1 biji bawang merah (tumbuk kasar)

Cara membuat:
Goreng terung yang telah dipotong kecil-kecil dan ketepikan.Kemudian tumis kesemua bahan-bahan di atas dan masukkan terung yang telah digoreng tadi.Biarkan seketika dan sedia dihidangkan.
