Bahan A:
½ biji kelapa parut (digoreng tanpa minyak)
10 biji cili padi
2 ulas bawang merah
2 ulas bawang putih
½ inci ubi cekor
½ inci belacan bakar
3 biji limau kasturi
garam
serbuk perasa
gula
Bahan B:
4 tangkai daun selom
4 tangkai daun cekor
6 tangkai daun pegaga
4 batang kacang botol
Cara membuat:
1.Tumbuk cili padi,bawang merah,bawang putih,ubi cekor dan belacan.Semua bahan B dimayang sedikit kasar.
2.Gaulkan semua bahan yang ditumbuk dengan kelapa,garam,gula dan serbuk perasa.Masukkan bahan B dan gaul sebati.Perahkan limau kasturi dan gaul lagi hingga mesra.Masukkan ke dalam pinggan dan bolehlah dihidangkan.
