RECIPE:KERABU PUCUK PAKU

Bahan-bahan:
2 ikat pucuk paku
50 sen tauge
1 kg kerang (rebus dan ambil isinya)
5 ulas bawang kecil (dimayang nipis)
20 sen cili padi (ditumbuk)
7 biji limau kasturi
belacan sebesar ibu jari
50 sen udang kering
sedikit kerisik
garam dan gula secukupnya
sedikit pati santan

Cara membuat:
1.Bersihkan pucuk paku dan tauge kemudian celur.
2.Gaulkan semua bahan-bahan yang lain dengan pucuk paku dan tauge.Tambahkan dengan garam, gula dan air limau kasturi.
