Bahan-bahan:
10 ekor sotong (saiz sederhana)
2 batang serai }
½ bawang besar }
2 ulas bawang putih }
1 batang bunga kantan } dihiris
10 biji cili padi }
1 biji tomato }
2 biji limau nipis (ambil airnya sahaja)
2 sudu air garam
sedikit gula
sedikit serbuk perasa
Cara membuat:
1.Sotong dihiris halus-halus kemudian rebuskan sotong hingga separuh masak.
2.Gaulkan sotong tadi bersama dengan serai,bawang besar,bawang putih,bunga kantan,cili padi dan tomato.
3.Selepas itu masukkan sos tiram,gula,air garam dan sedikit serbuk perasa.Gaul hingga sebati dan sedia dihidangkan.
