Bahan-bahan:
Secekak pucuk ubi
15 biji cili api
5 ulas bawang merah
200 gm udang basah
sebiji kelapa (jadikan satu mangkuk santan pekat dan satu mangkuk santan cair)
4 keping tempe
1 batang serai
sekuntum bunga kantan
1 inci kunyit
garam secukup rasa
Cara membuat:
1.Pucuk ubi ditumbuk separuh lumat dan dibuang airnya.
2.Cili,kunyit,bawang dan garam ditumbuk halus.
3.Tempe dipotong dadu.
4.Masukkan bahan yang ditumbuk bersama santan pekat.
5.Masukkan tempe dan serai masak hingga mendidih.
6Masukkan santan cair,udang dan bunga kantan masak hingga mendidih dan bolehlah dihidangkan.
