Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan patin
10 tangkai cili kering }
7 biji bawang merah }
5 ulas bawang putih }dikisar
halia sebesar ibu jari }
1 mangkuk santan
5 sudu kerisik
5 keping asam keping
garam secukupnya
4 batang serai (dititik)
Cara mambuat:
1.Satukan santan,bahan kisar dan kerisik di dalam periuk.
2.Masukkan asam keping,serai dan garam secukupnya.Biarkan mendidih.
3.Masukkan ikan,kecilkan api dan biarkan hingga masak.Bolehlah dihidangkan.
