RECIPE:KEBAB IKAN PATIN

Bahan-bahan:
2 ekor ikan patin
sedikit tepung gandum
50 gm tepung sagu
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu teh lada sulah

Cara membuat:
1.Rebus ikan dengan asam gelugur dan kemudian ambil isinya dan tumbuk hingga lumat.
2.Ambil isinya dan campurkan dengan tepung gandum dan tepung sagu serta lada sulah.Gaul sebati dan bulat bulatkan.
3.Panaskan air dan celur bahan yang telah dibentuk tadi hingga timbul.

Bahan B:
2 biji telur
100 gm tepung gandum
1 sudu teh serbuk kunyit
1 sudu teh jintan manis
1 sudu teh jintan putih
garam secukup rasa
serbuk perasa
minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat:
1.Campurkan kesemua bahan B dan kacau rata kecuali telur dan minyak.
2.Pukul telur dan celup bebola ikan tadi di dalamnya.
3.Golekkan bebola ikan kedalam bancuhan tepung dan goreng sampai garing.
