RECIPE:KERABU PELAM BERUDANG

Bahan-bahan:
1 ikat daun pegaga
1 ikat daun selom
1 batang bunga kantan
sedikit buah pelam muda
½ biji kelapa parut
limau kasturi

Perencahnya:
6 ulas bawang merah
1 biji cili merah
500 gm udang kering
100 gm udang hidup (digoreng)
½ inci halia
sedikit belacan

Cara membuat:
1.Tumbuk bawang merah,cili merah dan udang kering.
2.Tumis bahan yang ditumbuk hingga naik baunya.Angkat.
3.Gaulkan dengan ulam-ulam yang sudah dimayang dan masukkan udang hidup.Perahkan limau kasturi dan masukkan gula dan garam.
