3 batang kacang botol
3 batang kacang panjang
30 sen daun pegaga
20 sen tauge
4 tangkai daun selom
4 biji limau kasturi
1 sudu besar santan pekat
50 sen kacang tanah }
3 batang serai } tumbuk
7 biji cili padi }
garam dan gula secukupnya
Cara membuat:
Perut lembu dan udang dibersihkan dan dicelur.Semua ulam-ulam dibersihkan dan diracik halus.Gaul semua bahan-bahan tersebut dan masukkan pati santan,gula dan garam.
