RECIPE:MASAK LEMAK CILI API (IKAN)

Bahan-bahan:
3 ketul ikan
10 biji cili api
2 batang serai
1 ulas bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
sedikit belacan
1 biji kelapa (ambil santan yang pekat)
1 sudu garam
sedikit serbuk perasa
tomato untuk hiasan

Cara membuat:
1.Bawang besar,bawang putih dan cili api dikisar dengan belacan.
2.Tumis bahan yang dikisar hingga berbau harum dan selepas itu masukkan serai dan santan.Biarkan sebentar baru masukkan ikan.
3.Biarkan hingga mendidih dan masukkan lebihan santan dan tomato yang telah dipotong juga garam dan serbuk perasa..Hidangkan.
