RECIPE:DAGING HALIA

Bahan-bahan:
400 gm daging (dihiris nipis)
1 sudu tepung jagung
1 biji telur ayam
1 sudu sos tiram
1 inci halia (ditumbuk)
1 sudu kicap pekat
1 biji bawang besar
20 tangkai cili kering (ditumbuk)
sedikit daun bawang
garam secukup rasa
sedikit serbuk perasa
sedikit minyak

Cara membuat:
1.Daging digaul bersama dengan tepung,telur,garam dan sedikit halia.Goreng kesemuanya hingga masak.Angkat.
2.Panaskan kuali dengan sedikit minyak.Selepas itu masukkan sos tiram dengan satu senduk air.Masukkan juga kicap pekat,bawang dan cili kering.
3.Kemudian dipekatkan dengan tepung jagung dan masukkan putih telur.Kacau dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.
