RECIPE:KERABU RAMPAI SARI

Bahan-bahan:
1 ikat pucuk pegaga
1 ikat ulam raja
2 kuntum bunga kantan
½ biji kelapa parut
10 biji bawang merah
4 biji bawang putih
50 sen udang kering
4 biji limau kasturi
15 biji cili padi
sedikit belacan
sedikit cekor
garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara membuat:
1.Bersihkan pucuk pegaga,bunga kantan dan ulam raja.Hiris halus.
2.Cili padi,bawang merah,bawang putih, belacan dan udang kering ditumbuk lumat.
3.Panaskan kuali dan masukkan kelapa parut dan bahan yang ditumbuk tadi.Kacau hingga naik baunya.
4.Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi ulam,gaul sambil dibubuh limau.Masukkan garam dan gula.
