Resepi Oat Dengan Pisang

Bahan-bahan
40 gm oat
20 ml susu
25 gm pisang masak (potong dadu)
10 gm koko krunch
10 gm ornflakes
Gula secukup rasa

Cara Membuatnya
Rebus susu sehingga mendidih. Perlahankan api, kemudian masukkan oat bersama gula. Kacau adunan sehingga sebati dan seterusnya masukkan pula pisang. Kacau ia hingga sebati. Setelah masak, sajikan dengan koko krunch dan cornflakes.

Pisang memang kaya dengan karbohidrat berbanding buah-buahan lain. Pisang menjadi sumber tenaga yang baik untuk tubuh. Pisang juga kaya dengan zat besi dan baik untuk pesakit anemia bagi proses terapi nutrisi.
