RECIPE:SAMBAL UDANG PETAI

Bahan-bahan:
100 gm udang
25 gm petai (dibelah dua)
½ sudu sambal belacan
1 senduk kuah tongseng
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang merah
4 hiris tomato
1 helai daun limau

Cara membuat:
Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sehingga naik bau.Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan lain dan masak sehingga udang masak.

Bahan kuah tongseng:
100 gm bawang merah
100 gm bawang putih
50 gm buah keras
100 gm cili merah
15 gm cili padi
5 helai daun limau
5 batang serai
5 helai daun salam
1 hiris lengkuas
½ kg santan
10 gelas air

*Goreng bawang merah,bawang putih,buah keras,cili merah,cili padi dan daun limau.Kemudian kisar sehingga lumat.Masukkan bahan-bahan lain dan rebus kembali sehingga mendidih.
